History​
Morgan Township, once part of Richfield, was organized and named "Morgan" in the year 1819.
From the incorporation of Rock Creek Village in 1849, it's council has always been a concerned and vital administration.
Located in the old Kennah Block (until the 1924 fire), Town Hall on Main Street, and since 1968 in the Log Cabin - today's Council meets in the Village Hall completed in January of 1992.
